Q: Are Blue Dragon Amusements Safe?
A: Absolutely! Our staff at Blue Dragon Amusements
will supervise the attractions and as long as the rules are followed you will only have to think about enjoying the event.
We are proud of our safety record, and strive to provide safe entertainment to our customers. Naturally
there is always some risk to use of our attractions and personal responsibility and digression should be used when participating
on them.
Q: How many can play at a time?
A: Each amusemet can accommodate differt numbers of participants. To maximize use or to
minize wait times you should talk to our Event Manager to determine what amusements will best fit your event.
Q: How do I know what amusement to get?
A: Probably the most important thing to consider
when planning your event is the number of people you’re expecting. Inflatables and other amusements
are like magnets, the key to a successful event is not having long wait times to use the amusements. Our
Event Manager will be happy to make recommendations. Our amusements have been chosen to please a wide range
of ages and interests.
Q: How much space do I need for the amusements?A: Each amusement
has different space requirements. Generally a level area without overhead obstacles is required.
Please talk to the Event Manager about the area you want to use and if necessary we will come out to look over your
event area to help insure that your event will be successful.
Q: What requirements do you need for the amusements?
A: All of our units can be setup on any level surface,
such as grass, concrete, asphalt or dirt. The location must be free of rocks, sticks, branches, rough debris
and fecal materials. If you have an in ground sprinkler system, please make sure that the timer is not
set to go on. All of the inflatables requires 110 VAC outlet, located within 75’ of the inflatable.
Blue Dragon Amusements can supply a portable generator for an additional fee. All of our attractions
can be used indoors, providing that there is sufficient ceiling height as well as acceptable entry into the area. Power requirements
may need to be considered as each inflatable blower is 10 amps and can quickly overpower many electrical systems.
Q: What about prices?
A: Prices for some of our specials are listed
on the specials page. Please remember that the final price will be determined by the number of items rented
at one time and the length of time you want them. Generally the more items you rent and the longer you
want themk the better the discount. We offer multiple unit discounts, you will be surprised at how affordable additional
units are. Discounts may also be offered during the week and during off peak times. The
price you are given will include delivery, set up, tear down and supervision of the amusement. Although
delivery is free in most of Denver, there may be some additional delivery fees depending on the items rented and the distance
to the event site. Our goal at Blue Dragon Amusements is that once you decide to have us come that you
get to enjoy the event along with everyone else.
Q: What to expect when Blue Dragon Amusement staff show up?
A: Sometime during the week before the event, a Blue Dragon
Event Manager will call to verify that everything is still a go, and get any last minute information, and
arrange the set up time and contact person at the event. On the day of the event, Blue
Dragon Amusements staff will show up during the agreeded set up time to set up the amusements and be ready for your event.
At this time payment is expected if it has not already been paid. During the event, Blue Dragon
staff will supervise the amusements and ensure that all participants are using the amusements safely. Blue
Dragon staff are picked because they enjoy what they do and want to make your event a successful experience.
Q: Can the inflatables be set up indoors?
A: Absolutely! Any large space such as a gym
will work. Adequate ceiling clearance as well as an acceptable entry into the area all that is needed to
bring the fun inside. Inflatable blowers are 10 amp and will need to be considered as they can overload
older electrical systems.
Q: How do I reserve an inflatable or other amusement?
A: You can fill out the contact information page, email us at mcbrier@aol.com or call us directly at 303-916-3131. We recommend that you call us to discuss your unique needs.
We’ll be happy to work with you to make your event a success. An Event Manager can set up
a time to come out to your event location to talk to you about possible options. We need to know the type
of event planned, the number of people expected and the hours of the event.
Q: How far in advance should I reserve?
A: The sooner you reserve, the better the selection of
amusements that will be available for your event. IF you only now have decided still give us a call , we
may be still able to help you or offer suggestions.
Q: What is your payment policy and when is it due?
A: Payment can be made by cash, check and soon by
credit card. Payment is due at time of set up.
Q: What if the weather is forecasted to rain or bad on the day of the event?
A: Blue Dragon Amusements cannot be used during rain,
thunderstorms or high winds. When the Event Manager calls the week of the event, weather options can be
decided. If the weather is bad on the day of the event the contact person should call the event manager,
to notify them if the event will held, moved to another location, rescheduled or canceled. There is no
fee assessed for canceling at this time. If the contact person does not call and Blue Dragon staff have
arrived at the event location a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for each equipment vehicle that was sent.
Once the amusements have been set up full payment will be expected. If the weather conditions require
that the event length be shorten, a discount voucher may be given toward a future event. The inflatables
can not be operated in the rain or in windy conditions and will be closed whenever weather conditions would make operating
them unsafe. The Blue Dragon Event Manager has the final say in wither the attractions will be operated.
Safety is very important to our company and we will not operated when the safety of the participants can not be controlled.
If these conditions occur it will be at the discretion of the Blue Dragon Event Manager wither a
discount voucher will be given toward a future event.
Q: Does Blue Dragon Amusements have insurance?
A: Yes, Blue Dragon Amusements carries liability
insurance: in the event of injury due to Blue Dragon Amusements gross negligence or malfunction of Blue Dragon Amusements
equipment. This statement in no way implies legal responsibly. We are proud of our safety record, and strive

Q: Shopping around? Here's what you need to know before you select a company.
A: If you are looking at renting an inflatable or other amusement there are a few things that you
need to know before you select a company. - Is
the company insured? Any responsible businesses should carry insurance. If the cut corners on insurance where else are the
cutting corners?
- Does the company set up the equipment and leave or does it provide staff for the operation and
supervision of the units? Saving a few dollars by operation the units yourself may seem like a good idea,
but consider how well the units will be operated safely. Blue Dragon Amusements sends staff to every event
to set up and operate the amusement. Our staff is trained on how to set up, and operate the amusement safely
and enjoys interacting with participants. Let the people who come to your event enjoy themselves.
